Pre-Pontiac

I was born in Southern Rhodesia. Southern

Rhodesia became Rhodesia, where I grew up. It is

now called Zimbabwe.

As the child of missionaries I travelled extensively

on trips between North America and Southern

Africa.

Africa still makes its appearance in subtle ways in

my work.
