With the onset of the economic recession and all of the negativity

surrounding the woes we seem to be facing things looked pretty grim.

What better way to lift the spirit than to be reminded of the beauty that

surrounds us all the time – even when times are hard. One way to put a

better light on things is through the beauty of art. Something I have been

working on for the last little while is a new line of hand made relief prints.

Using the simplicity of the relief technique and refining the way I work, I

have been able to come up with a line of work that not only meets my own

personal standards of quality (acid-free paper workmanship, etc.) , but

can be sold for a reasonable price. Call it “Cheap Art”, call it “Art for a

Recession”, whatever it is, it is affordable – for anyone!
